Steimatzky – With regular discounts during holidays, this large bookstore has books in English and Arabic across all genres. You can also order books on their website and pick up in one of the store branches.

Probook – At Probook you’ll find thousands of academic books covering subjects such as The Arts, Science, Technology, Humanities and more in Arabic and English. There’s also a wide selection of English language fiction and literature.

Librairie du foyer – The only bookstore that French speakers (or readers) will need when in Tel Aviv. Covering everything from art to history and cookery to comics along with kids books and fiction this bookshop also has the French books translated into Arabic. There are literary evenings, book signings, and a variety of workshops to enjoy too.

Sipur Pashut – A beautiful bookstore in which you’ll receive a warm welcome. They have a good selection of books in Arabic and English, the English section including fiction, yoga guides, kids books, magazines and more. Cultural and art events take place with monthly book readings and discussions, book launches, exhibitions, and a lovely kids storybook theater.

Yafa book – Flick through a book whilst you sip on a coffee in this book lovers paradise where the books are piled high, just waiting for you to delve through in search of something new and interesting. A small selection of English books mingle alongside books in Arabic. Courses in Arabic are also given if you’d like to learn the language.

Tzomet Sfarim Tel Aviv – This spacious bookstore with books in Arabic and English has tables to encourage bookworms to browse a little longer in comfort without feeling the need to rush or purchase. There’s a cafe on site too so you can sip a beverage whilst choosing which books you want.
