Never fear, you’ll be able to get your rainbow rolls in Tel Aviv! The city has several high-quality dedicated sushi restaurants (including Kosher versions) serving up beautifully presented sushi dishes and sushi also features on many generic restaurant menus.

There are options for vegetarians and vegans, too. Expect higher prices for the high standards – though the prices aren’t the highest for sushi bars in Tel Aviv.
